Website Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of the website and services of ESSENSE, an ImpactPlus company.
Effective date: 31 October 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
1.1. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of www.essense.co.in and of the services that ImpactPlus Ventures LLP provides under the name ESSENSE® (“ESSENSE”, “the Company” or “the Service Provider”). By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Relationship with other agreements
2.1. Work for a client is governed by its written quotation, Master Service Agreement (“MSA”), work statement or similar contract. If such a contract conflicts with these Terms, the contract prevails. These Terms otherwise apply to all use of the website and Services.
3. Use of this website
3.1. You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to our systems, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or copy, scrape or reuse its content in bulk for commercial purposes without our written permission.
4. Information on this website
4.1. The content on this website describes our services and how we work. It is general information, not an offer or professional advice for your specific situation. Every engagement is governed by its own written quotation and agreement.
5. Intellectual property and trademarks
5.1. ESSENSE® is a registered trademark. The text, design, graphics and images of this website belong to ImpactPlus Ventures LLP or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Images on this website are illustrations made for it.
5.2. Ownership of software, content and other work we create for a client is set out in that client’s contract.
6. Termination by the Client
6.1. Where ESSENSE hosts or operates a solution for a Client, the Client may end its access by written notice under its MSA or contract. On termination, the Client may ask for permanent deletion of its data, outputs, user accounts and related metadata held in that solution, subject to any legal or contractual retention obligation; we will do so within thirty (30) days unless a longer period is required by law or agreed in writing. Termination does not end obligations on outstanding payments, confidentiality or indemnities that survive under the contract.
7. Termination by the Service Provider
7.1. We may suspend or end a Client’s access to a solution we host or operate, in whole or in part, in the event of: (i) material breach of the contract or these Terms; (ii) a legal or regulatory mandate; (iii) use for prohibited, harmful or unethical purposes; or (iv) a risk to the security or integrity of the solution. Where feasible we will give reasonable prior notice. After such termination the Client will have thirty (30) days to retrieve its data, after which its data and outputs will be permanently deleted, subject to legal obligations, and cannot be recovered.
8. Third-party links
8.1. Links to other websites and services, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google Maps and ImpactPlus, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1. We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, ImpactPlus Ventures LLP is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability for Services is governed by the client’s contract.
10. Privacy
10.1. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy and Data Protection Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
11.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless a client’s contract provides otherwise.
